Calibration services in our capacity as an Accredia LAT Accredited Centre and directly on-site at our customers’ facilities, for electrical, thermal, mechanical and EMC parameters

The IMQ calibration centre is ISO/IEC 17025 accredited by Accredia DT (LAT Centre No. 021) for the low-frequency electrical parameters listed below. The calibration certificates issued are internationally recognised within the framework of the ILAC-MRA Mutual Recognition Arrangement.

The IMQ calibration centre is authorised to issue Accredia LAT Certificates for the following electrical parameters:

  • alternating and direct voltage
  • alternating and direct current
  • single-phase and three-phase active and reactive power
  • single-phase and three-phase active and reactive energy
  • direct current electrical resistance

IMQ calibration reports

Outside the scope of Accredia LAT, IMQ issues calibration reports relating to electrical, thermal, mechanical and EMC parameters, with measurements referable to national/international specimens. IMQ is authorised to issue calibration reports for the following parameters:

  • single-phase and three-phase active/reactive power
  • single-phase and three-phase active/reactive energy
  • alternating and direct current electrical resistance
  • time/frequency
  • temperature
  • relative humidity
  • force
  • mass

  • THD and standby power

IMQ calibration reports meet the requirements of referability set down in ISO 9001 in relation to the calibration of measuring instruments.

On-site services at customers’ facilities

Outside the scope of Accredia LAT, IMQ provides calibration services directly on-site at customers’ facilities for electrical, thermal, mechanical and EMC parameters, with measurements referable to national/international specimens. For the purpose of these services, IMQ has a mobile unit capable of:

  • calibrating measurement and test instruments and equipment;
  • attending to the full management of companies’ instrument fleets, including metrological confirmation;
  • personnel training with courses on:
    1. basic metrology
    2. management of measuring instruments in accordance with ISO 9001
    3. ISO/IEC 17025 for testing and calibration laboratories
