IMQ has a documented process for the handling of complaints relating to its activities, inspired by the guidelines contained in the international standard ISO 10002. To complain about any deficiency on the part of IMQ, it is possible to complete and submit the appropriate form. IMQ will take care to treat every complaint in an objective and timely manner, in compliance with the confidentiality requirements, and to provide adequate responses to each claimant.
