F-Gas certification: personnel who perform work covered by implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067,  2015/2066 and (EC) 304 

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2067

Certification is mandatory under Presidential Decree No. 146 of 16 November 2018 and is aimed at personnel who perform the following activities:

  1.  leakage checking of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of 5 tonnes of CO2equivalent or more and not contained in foams, unless such equipment is hermetically sealed, is labelled as such and contains fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of less than 10 tonnes of CO2equivalent,
  2.  recovery of fluorinated greenhouse gases,
  3.  installation;
  4.  repair, maintenance or support,
  5. decommissioning,

in relation to refrigeration units of refrigerated trucks and trailers, and stationary refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
IMQ operates as a Certification Body designated by the Ministry of the Environment pursuant to art. 5 , paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 146/2018.

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2066

Certification is mandatory under Presidential Decree No. 146 of 16 November 2018 and is aimed at personnel who perform the following activities:

  1.  installation,
  2. repair, maintenance or support,
  3. decommissioning,
  4. recovery

in relation to electrical switchgear containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
IMQ operates as a Certification Body designated by the Ministry of the Environment pursuant to art. 5 , paragraph 1 of Presidential Decree No. 146/2018.

Regulation (EC) 304/2008

Certification is mandatory under Presidential Decree No. 146 of 16 November 2018 and is aimed at personnel who perform the following activities:

  1. leakage checking of equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of 5 tonnes of CO2equivalent or more and not contained in foams, unless such equipment is hermetically sealed, is labelled as such and contains fluorinated greenhouse gases in quantities of less than 10 tonnes of CO2equivalent,
