Periodic verification of work equipment pursuant to Ministerial Decree of 11 April 2011

IMQ is a private authorised body, within the meaning of Art. 2 of Ministerial Decree of 11 April 2011, for the verification of all work equipment listed in Annex VII of Legislative Decree 81/2008 as amended.

Art. 71 of Legislative Decree 81/08 as amended requires employers to carry out periodic verification of work equipment listed in Annex VII of the decree, in order to assess its condition and efficiency for safety purposes.

Work equipment subject to verification is divided into the following groups: lifting equipment for materials; lifting equipment for personnel; gas, steam and heating.
