Course fees

The course fees do not include VAT (20%). If registration is for several course places, fees will be directly agreed on with IMQ Formazione.

Fees must be paid by bank transfer, only after written confirmation from IMQ and before attending the course:

Receipt of payment shall be sent to IMQ Formazione by fax no. (02 50991551) or by email (form@imq.it) at least two days before the course starts.
An invoice will be issued after payment has been made.

Payment for courses on request

Following an estimate.

Acceptance, confirmation, waivers and cancellations

Confirmation of courses and/or changes to courses will be notified 7 days before courses start. If clients cannot attend a course, they shall inform IMQ Formazione by email or fax at least two days in advance. Amounts paid may be used for a subsequent course, if requested by the client. If this notification is not given, 50% of the course fees will be charged and the client will receive course material.
If a course is cancelled by IMQ Formazione participants will only be entitled to the reimbursement of amounts already paid. (See note 1)

Note 1

IMQ, including its trainers/outsourced staff, will not be held liable for any defaults and/or delays due to force majeure. Force majeure means any exceptional and/or unforeseeable event and/or circumstance which, despite measures to prevent and contain said, IMQ cannot prevent and/or control from partially or wholly preventing the performance of the agreement. If one of these events occurs (for example the trainer is absent or prevented from holding the course etc.) IMQ will promptly inform all participants in writing as soon as it is aware of the event.
Course fees will be duly returned to participants and IMQ will inform them of the dates of the new course. If the event occurs at a time that prevents notification to all participants (for example a few hours before the course starts) IMQ will reimburse participants only the amount paid for the course, excluding any compensation, reimbursement and damages and excluding any travelling expenses incurred by participants.
