Technical assistance and assistance with standards
Availing of its experience in conformity assessment, IMQ provides technical-regulatory support services to manufacturers and distributors, including:
- correct identification and interpretation of the standards applicable to the products and of the tests needed to verify product conformity to applicable requirements;
- identification of the documentation needed to prepare the Technical Files should IMQ not be a Notified Body;
- dedicated courses or seminars for technical personnel refresher training on regulations;
- support for the eventual setup of in-house test laboratories and definitions of test equipment characteristics.
